2D Lift
Here's my 2D lift plan:
Who is the guy?
The guy is the new assistant for a wealthy heiress. It is his first day at work and he is nervous and has been told to obey the heiress' every command. He is eager to please his new employer in order to get the opportunity to meet the heiress' father and fulfill his dream of running his own restaurant.
Where is he?
He is in the dining room of the heiress' mansion. It is mid-morning and everyone is busy doing their chores.
What is he lifting and why?
The heiress is throwing a party that night. Her most prized possession, a crystal box containing a very fragile pink crystal sculpture of her head, is to be displayed. He is told to be very careful and place the box on top of the pedestal to be displayed tonight.

Cat Tail Follow Through
Here's my revised Follow through...I tweaked the timing a litte bit...REVISED
Here's my old follow through:
TAIL
"Hope that the animation came out okay. I had a little trouble with the last part (where the tail goes back to where it started - between frames 80 and 90), the tail would kinda twitch. I tried to fix it in the graph editor but was unsure how the curves are suppose to look."

Ball Double Bounce
K, Here's the links to my Double bounce in maya.
This first link is to the Quicktime playblast of my first attempt at the double bounce. Since I didn't have Maya 8 installed, I had to create the ball with a deformation lattice to get the squash and stretch. I got confused with all the lattice points in the graph editor, so it's not as good.

This next link is using Maya 8 and comparing the graph editor with the one provided by Linda.

Weight
I know that some of the poses could emphasize weight a little more but are we trying to be realistic or are we trying to push the characters (like cartoons) to really show weight? I tried to do it the best I can without real life person doing those things. I was going to have my boyfriend model for me, but when I saw him, I was too tired to draw.
Character Designs
Here are my character designs. Don't mind the drawing in the upper left on the second page...there was a lady on the bus that sat like that and I just had to draw her! I was trying to draw character designs for my main character in my short film and then I was watching "March of the Penguins" and I saw the different shapes in the penguins so I had to draw them!

Redo Semi Truck Compositions
Here's the second semi-truck composition that we needed to do. I re-did some of the compositions that I liked from the first one. I tried to play with the off-centered line (not dividing up the scene down the middle), almost symmetric but slightly off compositions, and dark and light contrasts. Hope it's better than the last one.

FINALLY!
Here's my scanned sketchbook page. I'm sorry it's late...I had to install the scanner than my internet connection came unplugged and all kinds of stuff. Anyways, here's what I have now. I will be posting some more later.
The poses that I drew were mainly from around the house...I had drawn mostly my little sister watching TV. I also went with her to get her hair cut and was drawing the barber and some of the people in the waiting area.
HI
